About us

Our office is south of Ball Memorial Hospital in a medical complex called the Muncie Med Center. Please use the main entrance to the Muncie Med Center on Tillotson Avenue, so that you will find ample and convenient parking in the front of our building.  In addition, a Muncie city bus stop is located a short distance from our office.

Our office is handicapped accessible, however if you need additional assistance please let us know so we can make your visit to the office easier.

Our office hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 7:30am to 4:00pm on Friday.  We are available by telephone from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00am to 3:00pm on Friday. All emergency calls are taken 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
