All visits are by appointment. Our receptionists will be glad to schedule an appointment for you. For medical questions, ask to speak to a nurse.

For gynecological care, you will see one physician for regularly scheduled visits and scheduled surgery. For obstetrical care, you will have the opportunity, during regularly scheduled visits, to meet each of the three physicians who could be on call at the time of your delivery so that you will be comfortable with each of them. You can also choose to meet with our nurse midwife who works in a close, collaborative relationship with our physicians.

Help us to help you.  Patient records are another important aspect of your care. Please try to arrive a few minutes early for your first visit so we can begin to assemble your permanent record. You will be asked to complete a medical history and registration form. Please bring your insurance card every time you visit our office. From time to time, we will ask you to update your information in order to maintain accurate records. Kindly let us know if you change your name, insurance company, address or phone number.

Patient Education is an important part of your health care. Whenever we make a diagnosis and recommend a course of treatment, we realize that you may have questions and concerns. A comprehensive library of pamphlets, and videos has been assembled to help you and your family understand your condition so that you can arrive at an informed decision regarding your treatment choices. Good patient-doctor relations are based on a mutual understanding regarding your condition, medication and treatment. If something is not clear to you, please ask.
